- Safeguarding Children
Litchfield FC. is committed to providing a safe, inclusive and respectful environment for every child and young person in our care. We take our responsibility to protect children seriously and follow the Football Australia Child-Safe Framework and all relevant laws and policies. All coaches, team officials, volunteers and committee members are required to model child-safe behaviour, hold appropriate screening checks, and act immediately on any concerns. We encourage players, parents and volunteers to speak up if they see or feel something that is not right — safeguarding is everyone’s responsibility.

Member Protection Information Officer (MPIO)
Our MPIO is here to help if you ever feel unsafe, uncomfortable, or unsure about something happening at the club. They listen, explain your options, and point you in the right direction. They don’t investigate issues — they’re simply a supportive, confidential contact to help keep our club safe and welcoming for everyone.
